  23. Writing checks on a closed account is a felony. Not just an infraction of
  24. the local law. If any of his victims are California residents, call the
  25. California State Attorney General's office in Sacramento and ask what they
  26. can do to help you. If you have printouts of this thread to send them, I'm
  27. sure they'd be interested in this guy.
