- Writing checks on a closed account is a felony. Not just an infraction of
- the local law. If any of his victims are California residents, call the
- California State Attorney General's office in Sacramento and ask what they
- can do to help you. If you have printouts of this thread to send them, I'm
- sure they'd be interested in this guy.
